We know that, especially in these current times, money is tight.  We will still always be here for you and your pets.  For pets who qualify, Makawao Veterinary Clinic is proud to announce our Companions Kokua Fund.  Through donations from the community and our compassionate team of veterinarians who volunteer their time and services, we are able to treat patients in need.  No pet should suffer or be turned away.

We rely on the help of the community through donations to keep the Companions Kokua Fund up and running.

Companion #1:  Meet Roxy

Roxy is a beautiful 6-month-old puppy that was relinquished to the care of Makawao Veterinary Clinic after suffering a fracture from being hit by a car.  She underwent a fracture repair surgery on 9/15/20, and was also treated for mange/demodex, spayed (separate surgery), dewormed, and immunized.

After spending a few weeks recovering, (and being spoiled), with our amazing team, she finally got to go home to her new fur-ever family; Fred and Bren Bailey.

With the communities love and support, Dr. Clayton Matchett and the crew volunteering their time and services, and the donations we received from our Go Fund Me campaign, Roxy is happy, healthy, and with the best family we could imagine.  Mahalo to all!
